Mission

Mission

Our mission is to address the significant challenges of parental separation, recognizing its classification within the DSM-5 scale of adverse childhood experiences that can profoundly impact children's lives. We are dedicated to empowering and supporting both parents and children during the journey of divorce and separation. Our overarching goal is to mitigate the adverse effects on children's well-being by centering their needs and wishes. Through mediation, we facilitate transparent communication and collaboration, cultivating a positive and nurturing co-parenting environment. We assist parents in developing comprehensive co-parenting plans that prioritize the child's perspective, ensuring their voices are not only heard but also respected throughout the entire process, in accordance with the Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Vision

Vision

Our vision is to create a nurturing and supportive environment where every child's well-being is protected during the challenging times of parental separation or divorce. We strive to ensure that no child experiences trauma or negative consequences from ineffective co-parenting practices, recognizing the critical developmental stage of childhood and the importance of fostering healthy relationships between parents for the benefit of the child. Through our efforts, we aim to enable parents to collaborate effectively, prioritize children's interests, and guide parents in actively participating in developing a co-parenting plan that promotes stable and positive upbringing for the next generation.
