Mission

We dedicate ourselves to empowering and supporting parents and children in the process of separation and divorce, mitigating negative effects on a child's well-being by placing children and their needs at the center. Plan di Mayor Aruba aligns with the Convention on the Rights of the Child and supports parents in formalizing a parenting plan with the child at the center, ensuring the child's views are heard and respected in the process. We monitor our processes and adapt where necessary.

Vision

Our vision is to foster an environment in which children's well-being is safeguarded during the difficult moments of separation between parents. Our goal is to ensure that no child experiences trauma or negative consequences as a result of separation. We work in an evidence-based way.
