Mission

Our mission is to address the significant challenges of parental separation, recognizing its classification within the DSM-5 scale of adverse childhood experiences that can profoundly affect children’s lives. We are dedicated to empowering and supporting both parents and children through the journey of divorce and separation. Our overarching goal is to mitigate the adverse effects on children’s well-being by placing their needs and desires at the forefront. Through mediation, we facilitate transparent communication and collaboration, cultivating a positive and nurturing co-parenting environment. We aid parents in devising comprehensive co-parenting plans that prioritize the child’s perspective, ensuring their voices are not only heard but also respected throughout the process, in alignment with the Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Vision

Our vision is to create a nurturing and supportive environment where every child’s well-being is safeguarded during the challenging times of parental separation or divorce. We aim to ensure that no child experiences trauma or negative impacts caused by ineffective co-parenting practices, recognizing the critical period of childhood development and the importance of fostering healthy relationships between parents for the benefit of the child. Through our efforts, we aspire to empower parents to collaborate effectively, prioritize children’s best interests, and guide parents in becoming active agents in developing a co-parenting plan that promotes a stable and positive upbringing for the next generation.
